What are the delivery costs?
The standard delivery costs within The Netherlands are €3.95 per order. This may vary for international orders. When you make a purchase from €60 (or €80 for orders outside the Netherlands), you can use the code FREESHIPPING for free shipping.
What is the delivery time?
The order will be shipped within one working day. The total delivery time of your order is usually 2-4 working days. This may vary for international orders. You will receive a track & trace code when the order has been shipped, so that you can track your order.
Can i cancel my order?
Orders are shipped within one business day. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us using the contact details on the contact page. The order may not have been shipped yet and the order may be canceled. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
How do I return products?
Make sure that the products you want to return are packed in the original packaging and are unused. You take the package to your desired parcel service, within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are made at your own expense.

Please note: Mishka's original packaging is suitable as a letterbox package. However, it is important to fold the products properly when returning so that the package is not bulging. This prevents your package from being accepted as a letterbox package, which can result in higher costs.

Can I return products that I purchased at a discount?
Yes. You will receive the paid amount back to the bank account you used to pay. Returns are at your own expense. If you wish to return part of the order, the discount will be divided over the products.
Can I also return part of my order?
Yes. Bring the products you want to return unused and in the original packaging to your desired parcel service. If you purchased your order with a discount, it will be divided among the products for the refund.
Please note: it is not possible to return individual items from a 2-pack, 3-pack or 5-pack. These can only be returned in their entirety.
How long does it take before I receive the purchase price of my return?
When the return has been received, you will receive a confirmation email that the purchase amount will be refunded. How long this takes depends on which bank you use. Usually 1-10 working days.
Within how many days can I return my order?
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt at your own expense. Save your shipping receipt to avoid any inconveniences.

Can I exchange products?
No, you can return products and then reorder the desired product. This new order requires shipping costs again. Above you can read how returns work.
What should I do if my discount code doesn't work?
Please contact us using the details on the contact page. We look at what the problem is and how it can be solved.
Please note : discount codes are case sensitive.
The product I want is sold out, what now?
Limited stock is available. Keep an eye on the website to see if the product is back in stock. Follow us on Instagram for updates on new products and restocking.
Can I also have the products delivered outside the Netherlands?
Yes, we deliver to all countries within the European Union.
Where can I find the packing slip and invoice for my order?
The packing slip and invoice are not included with your package, but you will receive them by email after your order has been shipped.
Please note : E-mails from Mishka may end up in your spam folder.
Do I have to spend the amount of my gift voucher in one go?
No, this is not necessary. You can use your gift voucher several times until the balance is used up.
